Recently, Samsung announced that it is bringing RAM Plus which adds up to 4GB of virtual RAM to devices. The company said that it will soon expand the feature to the Galaxy A and Galaxy M series of smartphones. The virtual RAM feature is among the most recent trends in Android smartphone space. Several Chinese smartphone makers like Xiaomi, Realme, Oppo have been doing this for a while and now Samsung too has joined the bandwagon with its RAM Plus feature.
The RAM Plus or virtual RAM feature is basically the memory paging feature that was there in Android for a long time.
